How to make baked stuffed capsicum:
- Prepare the veg fried rice. (Click here for veg fried rice recipe)
- cut the tops of the capsicums and remove the seeds.
- grease the capsicums with butter.
- stuff the capsicums with this fried rice and sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese.
- now sprinkle some oregano seasoning.
- preheat the oven at 160 degree c.
- bake for 8 to 15 mins depending on the size of capsicums.
- now baked stuffed capsicums are ready and serve them hot or at room temperature.
