Aloo Masala Recipe for Dosa | Quick and Easy Aloo Sabzi Recipe | Rai wali Aloo Sabji Ingredients :
- Potatoes - 7-8 medium (boiled)
- Mustard Oil - 2 tsp
- Asafoetida (hing) - A Pinch
- Rai (mustard seeds) - ½ tsp
- Tomato - ½ cup (finely chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated)
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp
- Garam Masala - ½ tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
- Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) - ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Step by Step Recipe
How to make Aloo Masala Recipe for Dosa | Rai wale Aloo | Quick Aloo ki sabzi in a different style with step by step recipe:
- Firstly, mash the potatoes as per the picture.
- Secondly, chop the tomatoes and ginger. You can use a handy chopper for this but don’t grind it into the paste.
- Turn on the flame and heat a Kadai.
- Now add 2 tsp Mustard Oil to the Kadai and heat.
- When oil becomes hot, add a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing) and ½ tsp Rai (mustard seeds) and let them splutter for few seconds.
- After then add finely chopped tomatoes, ginger and mix well.
- Further, Cook them for 3-4 mins on low flame or until they become mushy and stir in between.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
- Mix well and saute for one minute until the spices are well combined with tomatoes.
- Now add mashed potatoes, 1 tsp salt or as per taste, ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur), and mix well.
- Cook the Potato Masala Recipe for Dosa or Rai wale Aloo on low flame for 4-5 minutes and stir in between.
- Lastly, add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Switch off the gas.
